Ives Bank Partners to Fund Healthcare Worker Housing in Waterbury

We are proud to announce our $2.2 million financial commitment to a first-of-its-kind affordable housing development in Waterbury, CT. Partnering alongside the Connecticut Department of Housing and the City of Waterbury, this $14M–$15M project will convert the former Saint Mary's Grammar School property into 47 affordable units. Strategically located near major local medical centers, the development is designed specifically to help recruit, support, and retain vital healthcare professionals within our community by offering quality, accessible housing.
