Community outreach is the heart of our Foundation's mission
Ives Bank is proud of our commitment to provide financial support to organizations vital to the well-being, growth and prosperity in the communities we serve.
In 2023, the Ives Bank Foundation awarded $301,350 to 113 organizations in 21 communities. These grants represent a 9% increase over 2022 grants, making 2023 the Foundation's largest award year to date. The emphasis of our donations was in the areas of food insecurity, housing and mental health, and we are proud to support outstanding organizations involved in this work.
We extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to these outstanding agencies, their staff and volunteers. They work tirelessly every day to make our communities better places to live and work.
A legacy of giving
Since its inception in 2004, the Foundation has donated over $3 million to area non-profit organizations.
Mission
We help strengthen our local communities by providing grants to organizations that are vital to the well-being, growth and prosperity of the places where we live and work. The Ives Bank Foundation was established to provide grants to eligible 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations in five primary areas:
- Affordable Housing
- Arts & Culture
- Community & Economic Development
- Education
- Health & Human Services
The Foundation Grants Committee meets once a year to review requests. Awards are made to eligible 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations. Any organization interested in being considered should review the Foundation Guidelines and Instructions listed on the grant request form.
